Hey 👋 I’m Alex. I have a Master’s in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and spent 7+ years building software for the U.S. defense sector. After relocating to Bulgaria, I transitioned to freelancing and got to know the dev scene across Eastern Europe firsthand.
I started Offgrid League to connect US startups with senior full-stack developers from this region. Talented engineers who often get overlooked simply because of geography. I vet everyone myself through real technical conversations. No AI filters, no keyword scrapers.
